Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media strategy, enhance brand presence, and drive engagement across platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
Manage daily content creation and publishing across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and collaborations
Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity
Analyze performance metrics and generate insights to improve reach and engagement
Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing team for consistent branding
Manage social media budgets and paid ad campaigns
Requirements:
3–5 years of proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role
Deep understanding of all major social media platforms and best practices
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and social media analytics
Excellent communication, copywriting, and editing skills
Creative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
