Title: SEO Team Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SEO Team Lead to oversee our digital marketing team’s search engine optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in SEO and a proven track record of managing successful SEO campaigns. The SEO Team Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive overall business goals.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
– Lead a team of SEO specialists in planning and implementing SEO campaigns.
– Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content.
– Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
– Stay current on industry trends and updates to search engine algorithms to ensure best practices are implemented.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with overall digital marketing strategies.

Requirements and Skills:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
– Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
– Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
– Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
– Team leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
– SEO certification or additional training is a plus.
– Experience managing SEO campaigns across multiple platforms and industries.
