Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in site reliability engineering and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable solutions.
Responsibilities:
– Design and implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the reliability and performance of our systems.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment processes and maintain high system uptime.
– Automate tasks to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
– Identify and address performance bottlenecks and system limitations.
– Participate in on-call rotations to respond to incidents and minimize downtime.
– Implement best practices for system reliability, security, and scalability.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in site reliability engineering or a similar role.
– Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
– Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
– Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack).
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications:
