Patel Infra is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Executive – IT to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. If you have a strong background in IT infrastructure management and are ready to take on exciting challenges, we would love to hear from you!
Position: Senior Executive – IT
Qualification: BCA / MCA / PGDCA (or equivalent)
Experience:
4-9 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and support roles
Location: Head Office, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
Server Management: Responsible for the installation, configuration, and management of servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Network Administration: Manage and maintain network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls. Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.
IT Infrastructure: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of IT infrastructure systems, ensuring all components work together seamlessly and efficiently.
Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for the organization, identifying and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network devices.
IT Security: Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard the organization’s IT assets. Monitor for potential threats and take necessary preventive measures.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand IT needs and deliver solutions that improve business processes and operations.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of IT systems, incidents, and resolutions. Prepare reports as needed for management.
Key Skills & Knowledge:
Servers: Strong expertise in server installation, configuration, and management.
Network Switches: Proficient in managing network switches, routers, and other network devices.
IT Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure and system administration.
Troubleshooting: Strong knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for hardware and network devices.
IT Security: Solid understanding of IT security practices and systems integration.
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve issues under pressure.
Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
