Job Description:
TOPS Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirement gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder communication. The candidate should have strong analytical, documentation, and client management skills to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), FRD, and functional specifications
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirement workshops
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
• Create user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams
• Coordinate with development, QA, and project teams
• Manage project scope and requirement changes
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business insights
• Ensure successful delivery of business solutions aligned with client needs
