Responsibilities:

– Configure Salesforce to support business processes and workflows.
– Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services.
– Implement and maintain data quality and security practices within Salesforce.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
– Provide technical support and troubleshoot Salesforce issues.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
– Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) preferred.
– Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration.
– Experience working with Salesforce CRM and related technologies.
– Knowledge of web technologies, databases, and integration techniques.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
