Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing teams, achieving targets, and building strong customer relationships aligned with business objectives.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business and revenue goals
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution
Manage pricing, negotiations, and contract closures
Ensure accurate reporting and use of CRM systems
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage
Skills & Requirements
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven experience in sales and target achievement
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Strategic planning and analytical abilities
Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
