Job Description:
REX Asset Realty is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, assist clients with property requirements, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties
• Conduct property site visits and client meetings
• Explain property features, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processes
• Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions
• Stay updated on market trends and property listings
