Job Description:
Kody Technolab Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Production Engineer to support production planning, monitor manufacturing processes, and ensure product quality. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to improve production efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and monitoring daily production activities
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timeline
• Monitor manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process
• Prepare production reports and maintain technical documentation
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and operations teams
• Assist in implementing process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Analyze production issues and recommend corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production operations

• AutoCAD (Basic Knowledge Preferred)
• MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Problem-Solving Skills
Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a Relevant Field Preferred
• 2+ Years of Experience in Production or Manufacturing
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
