Job Description
Job Title: Sales Coordinator / Customer Support Executive (Female Only)
Location: Sabarmati Road, Ahmedabad
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹30,000
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively reach out to new clients.
Prepare and send accurate quotations and emails to clients based on their inquiries.
Manage and maintain a database of client inquiries and communications.
Handle inquiries through platforms like IndiaMart and TradeIndia.
Attend incoming service inquiry calls and handle queries effectively.
Collaborate with the sales and service team to ensure smooth customer service operations.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with IndiaMart and TradeIndia software.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work efficiently and handle time-sensitive tasks.
Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a sales support, customer service, or related role is a plus.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and database management.
