Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales operations, handling customer inquiries, processing invoices and e-way bills, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Invoice and E-way Bill Management: Process and manage invoices, e-way bills, and other related documentation.
Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Order Processing: Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure the timely processing and delivery of orders.
Sales Coordination: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Reporting: Maintain accurate sales reports and track performance metrics.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels, track orders, and coordinate restocking as needed.
Logistics Coordination: Support logistics in ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
Documentation & Follow-up: Ensure all required documents are completed and follow up on pending orders and issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry and documentation
Problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic understanding of invoicing, e-way bills, and logistics operations
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
Previous experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry is a plus
