Job Description:
Wits Innovation Lab is hiring an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join their growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills and experience working with modern web technologies and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails
Write clean, scalable, and testable code
Integrate with front-end frameworks such as AngularJS or ReactJS
Work with background job processing tools like Rspec or Resque
Deploy applications using Docker and maintain servers on Linux
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews
Manage code versioning using Git

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails
Experience with testing tools like Rspec or job processing like Resque
Familiarity with front-end libraries: AngularJS or ReactJS
Experience with Docker and Linux-based environments
