Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth through effective communication and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Act as the main point of contact for client communication
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Handle client queries, feedback, and issue resolution
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 0-1 years of experience in client servicing or relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts
• Basic understanding of business processes and services
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
