Job Title: Relationship Development Manager (RDM) – Insurance Industry
Location: Ahmedabad, Anand, Rajkot, Jamnagar, Himmatnagar, Vadodara, Surat, Navsari, Vapi, Bharuch (All Gujarat)
Experience: Minimum 1 year required
Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA
Requirement: Own vehicle is mandatory
Gender: Male & Female both can apply
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the insurance sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
Achieve sales targets and business goals.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing.
Stay updated with market trends and insurance products.
Required Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of insurance and financial products.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
