Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Development Manager (RDM) to join our team and drive business growth in the insurance sector. As an RDM, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, business development, and insurance, and a passion for fostering long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the insurance sector, expanding the client base.
Client Consultation: Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance products to provide the best solutions.
Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Customer Service: Provide excellent post-sale support by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Networking: Establish a strong network within the community and industry to generate leads and increase visibility.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics through CRM tools.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in insurance sales or a similar business development role.
Own Vehicle: Required for travel within the assigned territory.
Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
In-depth knowledge of insurance products (Life, Health, etc.).
Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Education: Graduation or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the insurance industry or related sectors.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
