Job Responsibilities
• Manage front desk operations and greet patients/visitors
• Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Maintain patient records and documentation
• Assist patients with queries and provide information
• Coordinate with different departments
• Handle billing or basic administrative tasks (if required)
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area
