Experience: Minimum 2+ years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (CTC, based on interview)
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors professionally
Manage incoming calls and handle telephone inquiries
Schedule and coordinate appointments
Maintain a neat and organized reception area
Handle mail and package deliveries efficiently
Perform basic administrative tasks as required
Provide accurate information and assistance to clients and visitors
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Good telephone etiquette and professionalism
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle inquiries efficiently
