Job Title: Quality Engineer
Job Overview:
The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products meet customer requirements and industry standards through the development and implementation of quality control processes. They are involved in all stages of the product lifecycle, from design and manufacturing to delivery and customer support.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement quality control processes for product design, manufacturing, and delivery
– Conduct inspections and testing to identify defects and ensure product quality
– Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
– Provide training to employees on quality control processes and standards
– Maintain documentation and records related to quality control activities
– Stay current on industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
– 5-7 years of experience in quality engineering or a related role
– Strong knowledge of quality control processes and tools
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work well in cross-functional teams
– Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
– Experience with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001)
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
