Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Quality Assurance Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of testing methodologies, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.
This role is suited for professionals who have gained practical exposure in QA and are looking to further enhance their expertise in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute test cases based on project requirements.
• Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback on testability.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and STLC processes.
• Contribute to test planning and test strategy discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in manual testing or QA roles.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC concepts.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, etc.).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of any automation tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
• Exposure to automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium).
• Basic understanding of APIs and database testing.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
