Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through testing and identifying issues to maintain high standards of excellence.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
– Conduct testing on software applications to identify defects
– Collaborate with software developers and product managers to resolve issues
– Create and maintain test plans and test cases
– Perform manual and automated testing
– Report and track issues using bug tracking tools
– Validate fixes and ensure proper implementation
– Participate in the continuous improvement of the software development process
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance
– Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
– Proficiency in testing techniques and tools
– Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit)
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– Good communication and teamwork skills
– Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
– Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– 2+ years of experience in quality assurance engineering
– Experience with testing methodologies and tools
– Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
– Effective communication and teamwork abilities
