Job Title: QC Chemist

Job Overview:
As a QC Chemist with 1 year of experience, you will be responsible for performing various tests and analyses to ensure the quality of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Your role will involve monitoring and maintaining lab equipment, documenting test results, and working closely with production teams to address any quality issues.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct chemical and physical analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
– Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
– Interpret and document test results accurately.
– Assist in investigations of out-of-specification results and non-conforming materials.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
– Follow all safety protocols and quality procedures in the laboratory.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
– Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a quality control laboratory.
– Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting test results.
– Good interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Experience with quality management systems is a plus.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
– 1 year of experience in a quality control laboratory.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
– Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
