Job Title: QA Manual Tester

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled QA Manual Tester with 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software through manual testing procedures. The QA Manual Tester will work closely with the development team to identify and report bugs, perform test case creation, execution, and documentation to ensure a high-quality end product.
Responsibilities:
– Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
– Execute manual test cases and analyze results
– Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution
– Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software releases
– Participate in team meetings and provide input on product quality
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– Minimum of 4 years of experience as a QA Manual Tester or similar role
– Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques
– Proficiency in creating test cases and test plans
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– 4 years of experience in manual software testing
– Certification in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus
