Job Description:
We are looking for a QA Manual Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing processes and be capable of identifying and reporting defects effectively. This role requires attention to detail and a passion for ensuring software quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute manual testing on web and mobile applications.
Develop and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on project requirements.
Identify, report, and track bugs using bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Bugzilla.
Perform regression, functional, and usability testing to ensure software stability.
Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
Document test results and communicate findings effectively.
Ensure software meets industry quality standards and client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Experience in writing test cases, executing test scenarios, and logging defects.
Familiarity with bug tracking tools.
Basic knowledge of databases and SQL queries for data validation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
