We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QC & QA Executive to join our growing team in the sheet metal manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining quality control and quality assurance processes, with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering defect-free products.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and final inspections of sheet metal components
Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements
Maintain and update inspection records, reports, and quality documentation
Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and SOPs
Work closely with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
Support audits (internal and external) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control and assurance in sheet metal or manufacturing
Strong understanding of quality standards (ISO/TS preferred)
Familiarity with inspection tools, techniques, and documentation
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and reporting abilities
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or relevant field is a plus
