Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities and ensure timely purchasing of goods and services required for business operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors
Manage the procurement process including purchase orders and documentation
Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and contract terms with suppliers
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments for purchasing requirements
Ensure timely delivery of materials and products
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
Compare quotations and select suppliers based on quality and cost efficiency
Coordinate with finance and accounts for invoice processing and payments
Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field
Relevant experience in purchasing or procurement is preferred

Required Skills
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Good analytical and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
