Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities. The ideal candidate will assist Project Managers in coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between teams to help deliver projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
– Support Project Managers in tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
– Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
– Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
– Monitor project progress and flag risks or delays to the Project Manager.
– Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
– Assist in resource allocation and task assignments.
– Ensure projects follow company processes and standards.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
– 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
– Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
– Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
– Prior experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
– Strong coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
