Job Title: Project Coordinator – HVAC
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹45,000 to ₹50,000 per month (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
Experience Required: 5+ years in HVAC/MEP project coordination
The Project Coordinator – HVAC is responsible for managing HVAC/MEP projects from planning through execution. In this role, you will develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, while effectively allocating resources to ensure that each phase of the project is well-organized and meets business objectives. You will serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams, vendors, procurement, and on-site personnel, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. The role also involves tracking project milestones and updating all stakeholders with regular progress reports, as well as identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues that may arise during project execution.
In addition, you will ensure that all projects comply with safety standards, building codes, and industry-specific specifications. This includes overseeing quality control measures and inspections to guarantee that installations meet the required standards. Maintaining accurate records of project activities, change orders, and approvals is also a critical part of the job.
Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC system components, installation, and maintenance, and be familiar with MEP processes. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera, along with excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, is essential. Effective verbal and written communication abilities are required to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
This role is based in Ahmedabad and may require occasional travel to project sites. It offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment where meeting deadlines and maintaining high project standards are paramount.
