Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the IT industry.
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
