Job Title: Power BI Developer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing business intelligence solutions using Power BI to help improve decision-making processes within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of data visualization, data modeling, and report development.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
– Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements.
– Design data models and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
– Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
– Collaborate with team members to continuously improve BI solutions.
– Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Power BI development.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Power BI Developer.
– Proficiency in Power BI toolset including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Desktop.
– Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts and best practices.
– Experience with SQL databases and writing complex queries.
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
– 5+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer.
– Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus.
