Job Overview
Shaip Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented PMO Quality Analyst to support project governance, quality assurance, and process compliance within the Project Management Office. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and that project management processes are consistently followed across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and review project deliverables to ensure compliance with PMO standards and quality guidelines
Conduct quality audits and process reviews across ongoing projects
Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and compliance records
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for better project efficiency
Track project KPIs, SLAs, risks, and performance metrics
Support project managers with governance frameworks and reporting
Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and analysis for management review
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for process implementation and quality checks
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field
2+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or quality analysis
Understanding of project management frameworks (Agile/Waterfall)
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
Required Skills
Knowledge of PMO governance and quality assurance processes
Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Ability to conduct process audits and compliance checks
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Good time management and organizational skills
