Salary: ₹7,50,000 to ₹15,00,000 per year
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance testing of applications, with strong skills in performance benchmarking, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing systems to ensure high-quality performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct performance testing of web and mobile applications
Develop and execute performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios
Analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks and performance issues
Collaborate with development teams to ensure performance improvements are implemented
Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders
Work with QA teams to ensure performance testing is integrated into the development lifecycle
Use performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools
Perform stress, load, and scalability testing to ensure optimal performance under varying conditions
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance testing
Strong experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.
Excellent understanding of performance testing methodologies and strategies
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Shell, or Java
Knowledge of application architecture and performance metrics
Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
Knowledge of database performance tuning
Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices
