Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with 8 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for our clients. This role requires strong technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and a deep understanding of integration and customization capabilities.
Responsibilities:
– Implement, configure, and customize Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to meet client requirements.
– Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud.
– Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and maintenance.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients on time and within budget.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
– Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
– Strong technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
– Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud and other integration tools.
– Experience with Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle BI Publisher.
– Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are a plus.
