Job Description:
PHC Global Logistics LLP is looking for an experienced Operation Executive to manage and coordinate daily operational activities efficiently. The candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to ensure smooth workflow and process execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute daily operational activities
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation
• Monitor operational processes and ensure timely completion
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Prepare reports and analyze operational data
• Support administrative and back-office functions
• Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
