Job Description
COLLAB ACCOUNTING AUSTRALIA PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Mortgage Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling mortgage processing tasks, coordinating with clients and financial institutions, and ensuring smooth documentation and loan processing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end mortgage loan processing
Collect, verify, and review client documents (KYC, income proof, property documents, etc.)
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan approvals
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with policies
Follow up with clients for pending documents and updates
Assist in credit assessment and basic financial analysis
Maintain accurate records in CRM or internal systems
Ensure timely disbursement of loans
Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries
Required Skills:
Good understanding of mortgage/home loan processes
Basic knowledge of financial services and credit assessment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good documentation and file management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Email handling)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any stream (Finance/Commerce preferred)
1–3 years of experience in Mortgage Processing or Financial Services preferred
