Job Description:
K&Z Facilities Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support overall accounting activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting entries and transactions
• Maintain sales, purchase, and ledger records
• Prepare invoices and process billing activities
• Handle GST-related documentation and reporting
• Perform bank reconciliation and account verification
• Maintain financial records and documentation
• Prepare reports using MS Excel and accounting software
• Support accounts payable and receivable activities
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial operations
Required Skills:
• Accounting fundamentals
• Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• MS Excel proficiency
• Bookkeeping and ledger management
• GST and taxation knowledge
• Invoice preparation and billing
• Bank reconciliation
Eligibility:
• Commerce Graduate Preferred
• 1 to 2 Years of Experience
• Strong accounting and record management skills required
