Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Information Technology Manager to take charge of key tools operations, deployment, and administration within our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Web Application Firewall (WAF), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Information Rights Management (IRM), and Proxy solutions.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tool Operations and Optimization: Oversee the day-to-day operations of WAF, DLP, IAM, IRM, and Proxy systems. Optimize and fine-tune configurations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of these tools.
• Deployment: Lead the deployment of new instances and updates for WAF, DLP, IAM, IRM, and Proxy technologies. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks related to WAF, DLP, IAM, IRM, and Proxy platforms. Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies across all key tools to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively address security challenges.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert-level support for any issues related to WAF, DLP, IAM, IRM, and Proxy systems. Collaborate with the support team to resolve escalated incidents in a timely manner.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align IT solutions accordingly. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the IT team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Security tools.
• Proven experience in deploying, administering, and optimizing WAF, DLP, IAM, IRM, and Proxy solutions.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Experience in leading and managing IT projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
