Job Overview:
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical professional with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs, optimize system performance, and provide technical support for end-users.
Responsibilities:
– Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements
– Develop custom solutions using C, JavaScript, and plugins
– Implement system integrations with third-party applications
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM
– Provide technical support and training to end-users
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions
– Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technologies and best practices
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
– Proficiency in customization, configuration, and development within Dynamics 365 CRM
– Strong knowledge of C, JavaScript, and plugins
– Experience with system integrations and data migration
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams effectively
– Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus
