Job Description – Mechanical Inside Sales Manager (No Field Sales)
Location: Bhosari MIDC, Pune
Experience: 3+ years
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/- per month (Fixed)
Benefits: Bonus, Mediclaim, Canteen, Traveling Allowances
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct international cold calling and follow up with potential clients.
Write professional emails and maintain client relationships.
Identify and connect with dealers and key decision-makers through market research.
Manage time effectively, track follow-up tasks, and maintain schedules.
Prepare meeting minutes and assist in sales meetings.
Work closely with the sales team to meet targets and generate revenue.
Skills Required:
Strong verbal and written communication in English.
Research and market analysis skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with persuasive abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
