Title: Sales Admin Officer
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin Officer to support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, clients, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will help improve sales efficiency by handling documentation, reporting, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documents
Manage customer records, sales data, and databases
Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and order updates
Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales agreements
Track sales performance and update management on progress
Handle order processing, invoicing, and documentation
Coordinate with other departments such as finance, marketing, and operations
Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and maintain sales calendars
Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Relevant experience in sales administration or office administration is preferred
Required Skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
