About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and result-oriented Head of Marketing to lead,
and grow our marketing function. The ideal candidate will bring bold ideas, excellent leadership capabilities,
and a proven track record in driving marketing performance and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
Lead digital marketing, branding, content creation, performance marketing, and lead generation
Create and manage marketing budgets, monitor KPIs, and report on campaign performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with sales and product development
Guide and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals
Monitor market trends and competition to refine positioning and strategy
Manage relationships with external vendors, media, and strategic partners
Represent the brand in public forums, industry events, and media appearances
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, Email, Social Media)
Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, CRM, Marketing Automation tools, etc.)
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Strong creative thinking with a data-driven decision-making approach
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
Experience in B2B and/or tech-driven industries is preferred
