Job Description: Manual Tester (3 years of experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing software applications, identifying and documenting defects, and ensuring the quality of the product before release.
Responsibilities:
– Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
– Execute test cases and report test results systematically.
– Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
– Work closely with development teams to understand product requirements and testing needs.
– Participate in team meetings and provide input on testing strategies and processes.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing of software applications.
– Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
– Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
– Experience with bug tracking tools and test management systems.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
– ISTQB certification is a plus.
