.Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Manual Test Engineer to join our QA team.
The candidate will be responsible for verifying software quality through manual testing processes,
identifying bugs, and ensuring software meets functional and performance requirements.
.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze software requirements and create detailed test cases
Perform manual testing including functional, integration, system, and regression testing
Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like Jira or Bugzilla
Coordinate with development and business teams to resolve issues
Prepare and maintain test documentation and reports
Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices
.Required Skills:
Test case design and execution
Defect reporting and tracking
Understanding of QA methodologies and processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and documentation abilities
.Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to Agile development methodologies
Basic understanding of automation tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus
Internship or academic projects in software testing (for freshers)
