Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Lead Generation & Outreach Executive to
identify potential customers, generate quality leads, and support the sales team through
effective outreach activities. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn
are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate potential business leads through online research and various
outreach channels.
Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other
communication platforms.
Qualify leads based on business requirements and share qualified leads with the sales
team.
Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM/Excel sheets regularly.
Follow up with prospects to schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and internet research.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling,
Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development are welcome to apply.
