🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Java + Volante Developer to join our remote development team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building high-performance applications and working with financial integration platforms like Volante.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications integrated with the Volante Designer and Volante integration framework
Work closely with business analysts and team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Customize and configure Volante message mappings and workflows
Develop REST/SOAP web services and ensure integration with backend systems
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting
Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
🔧 Skills & Qualifications
4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development
Strong experience in working with Volante Designer or other financial integration tools (SWIFT, ISO 20022, FIX, etc.)
Solid understanding of OOP, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
Familiarity with XML, XSLT, and message transformation techniques
Experience in financial or banking domain projects is a strong advantage
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
