Job Overview:
We are seeking talented and motivated Java Developers to join our dynamic team at Capgemini. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications that meet both business and technical requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop Java Applications: Write clean, scalable, and efficient Java code for backend development, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with Teams: Work with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Build APIs: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end and other services.
Code Optimization: Continuously optimize and refactor code to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the application. Troubleshoot and debug issues when required.
Documentation: Maintain clear and concise technical documentation of code, design, and architecture.
Stay Updated: Continuously improve skills and stay updated with the latest Java technologies and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Java: Strong knowledge of Java programming language (Java 8 or later).
Frameworks & Libraries: Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, or other related Java frameworks.
Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and SQL. Experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.
API Development: Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Version Control: Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
Testing: Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, or TestNG.
Cloud Experience (Optional): Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure is an advantage.
Problem Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to solve complex technical issues and optimize code.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Desired Skills (Good to Have):
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Experience with containerization tools like Docker.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins).
Understanding of Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Salary Package:
₹7,00,000 to ₹14,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
