Title: Java Developer
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance and scalable applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions while following best practices in coding, security, and performance.
Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and product teams
Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Work with databases and perform queries and data modeling
Follow SDLC processes and agile development methodologies
Maintain technical documentation and support deployments
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Java or cloud-related certifications are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong knowledge of Core Java and OOP concepts
Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices
Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and SQL
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Understanding of build tools (Maven, Gradle)
Basic knowledge of application security and performance tuning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
