Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and components for our software applications.

Responsibilities:
– Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance.
– Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.
– Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
– Troubleshooting and debugging applications to optimize performance.
– Integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic.
– Implementing data storage solutions.
– Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
– Proven work experience as a Java Backend Developer, with at least 5 years of experience.
– Strong experience in Java programming and Spring Framework.
– Proficiency in implementing and integrating RESTful APIs.
– Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
– Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
– Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
– Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker is a plus.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
