Job Description:
We are hiring ITI Technicians for the positions of ITI Fitter, ITI Turner, and ITI Machinist at our manufacturing facility in Silvassa. The ideal candidates will have ITI qualifications and be ready to take on a hands-on technical role in machinery maintenance, operations, and assembly.

Key Responsibilities:
Fitter:

Assemble, repair, and maintain machinery using appropriate tools and techniques.

Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and address technical issues as they arise.

Turner:

Operate lathe machines to shape and cut materials like metal and plastic to specific dimensions.

Perform routine maintenance on the machines and ensure smooth operation.

Machinist:

Set up and operate various machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.

Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.

Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure machinery is working at optimal capacity.

Follow safety protocols and adhere to company standards and regulations.

Ensure proper documentation and logging of maintenance activities.

Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: ITI Fitter, ITI Turner, or ITI Machinist

Experience: Fresher to 3 years of relevant experience (preferred)

Gender: Male

Skills:

Knowledge of machine operations and maintenance

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Basic understanding of safety and quality standards
