Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific IT staffing needs of the organization.

– Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open IT positions.
– Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ technical skills and qualifications.
– Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the selection process.
– Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates.
– Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future IT recruitment needs.
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
– Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, with at least 1-3 years of recruitment experience in the IT industry.
– In-depth knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and job roles.
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
– Professional demeanor with a focus on building positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
