Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HubSpot CRM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, customizing, and maintaining our HubSpot CRM platform to meet the needs of our organization. This role requires strong technical skills, HubSpot CRM expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and implement HubSpot CRM solutions based on business requirements
– Customize HubSpot CRM to optimize workflows and processes
– Integrate HubSpot CRM with other systems and applications
– Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to HubSpot CRM
– Create reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators
– Train and support users on how to effectively use the HubSpot CRM platform
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a HubSpot CRM Developer or similar role
– Proficiency in customizing and configuring HubSpot CRM
– Strong understanding of CRM best practices and principles
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
– HubSpot CRM certification is a plus
– Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
– Familiarity with HubSpot API and integrations
– Knowledge of inbound marketing principles
